A Canadian Pilgrim and a local tour guide visit ancient ruins on the Iraq-Syria border...only a week before ISIS is expected to march through and destroy them. Each character has a secret they're keeping from the other.
This two person play ranges in tone from farce and physical comedy to political intrigue and sacrifice. It explores questions of privilege, history, and who has the right to speak for whom all while adhering to the three classical unities.
